Player Account – One account, many game zones
The Betware solution provides a player with all necessary functionality to manage the players account, including profile, account and game history, payment methods, responsible gaming limits, privacy settings, self-exclusions and more. The system is extremely flexible and offers administrators multilevel access control to data and player accounts, thus enabling definition of player groups with specific games and playing preferences. The Player Account serves as the central component for all the Betware game zones. Third party game zones can also be integrated with the Player Account using the Single Sign-On support that comes with the Player Account. Each player is able to have one or many wallets, depending on operators wishes. Betware’s Player Account provides the operator with the ability to test newly deployed games and functionalities, not yet opened to the public, by defining early access users and groups. It also offers options like age verification, social security number verification, 3rd party service profile verification and geo-location checks.
eMarketing Tool Kit – Target each player with the optimal message
The Betware eMarketing Tool Kit enables operators to liaise with players with targeted messaging. Operators can track and uphold individual player preferences to execute and measure customer driven communication strategies across all channels. This toolkit also allows operators to analyze and improve response rates in order to increase the precision of each campaign.
The Betware eMarketing Tool Kit includes the following features:
- Segmentation, offer and channel assignment: a powerful, flexible, flowchart based user interface that manages the entirety of a campaign’s logic
- “Marketing system of record”: a central warehouse that enables the re-use and tracking of campaign building blocks

Betware is the first company to implement multiplayer community based games for a state lottery. The community feature enables players to communicate with each other while playing the games and to create their own profile with a guestbook, friends lists and being able to join a club and play on its behalf in tournaments. The community feature can add to the entertaining experience of the player and increase player retention. Community features can be integrated with all games.

Betware follows highest security standards and aims to protect the operators and the players against all sorts of frauds. Betware offers a Collusion Detection system that utilizes advanced algorithims to detect possible colluders in multiplayer games.
