High quality Call Center support is one of the most important features for success with interactive solutions. Most of our customers have had Call Centers implemented at the time that Betware’s Solutions were deployed. The Betware strategy is to support integration with existing Call Center modules. The integration support results in a direct link from the 3rd party Call Center solution to the Betware Customer module.
The purposes served for such a system setup are several, chiefly, an automatic look-up based on caller-identity, easy access to all player accounts, easy access to player history and a management of the player's profile.
