Betware together with its Icelandic Lottery client have successfully launched the newest version of Betware’s flagship product - Platform 8. The Platform contains core wagering and player management services and its new version offers: ü Improved security ü Modularity that allows for switching off parts of the solution without any impact on other parts ü Service Provider Interface (SPI) allowing the lottery to charge the player for service provider cost such as payment transaction cost and SMS cost. ü 24/7 availability by allowing daily transaction balancing with 3rd party systems ü Support for new databases (MySQL - for smaller scale, lower cost implementations) ü New marketing features „Along with the Platform 8 upgrade we have improved the hardware setup.
