Sistemas Tecnicos de Loterias del Estado (STL) is the operator of the online systems for the Entidad Publica EmpresarialLoterias y Apuestas del Estado (LAE), the Spanish National Lottery. LAE and STL are developing a project, the main goal of which is to get the Spanish Lottery ready to launch new games as well as new services on the web, mobile and digital TV. British Columbia Lottery Corporation

Betware was the first company to offer oddest games on the internet as early as 1996 when it started providing gaming solutions to the Icelandic Soccer Pools.
