Education and qualifications:

Degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering or similar

Over two years experience in project management
-
Over four years experience in the Information Technology industry
-
Organized and disciplined work ethic
-
Excellent language skills - fluency in written and spoken English

Willingness to work in teams
-
Willing and able to travel
Beneficial experience:
-
Interest and/or experience in Agile work processes.
-
Experience in Java programming, EJB and XML.

Administrational experience preferred
Responsibilities:

Leadership and management of a project team:

Establishing a spirit of collaboration and teamwork

Assisting the other members of the team in resolving problems

Management of the project and team contributions:

Time management and preparation of a project plan

Making certain the team meets the schedule for deliverables and task milestones, fulfilling deadlines on time etc.

Identifying both formal and informal team roles for each member of the team

Excellent and clear communication with Betware's clients:

Ensure that team communications get to each team member

Establishing clear communication with all stakeholders (internal/external) such as department managers, consultants, programmers etc.
