It is an improvement of a great result from last year when Betware was in the 5th place among the best companies to work for. The survey is conducted among over thousand companies in Iceland making it the most comprehensive workplace study in the country.

The survey investigates the internal work environment as the employees perceive it to be. The core components that the study reviews are: Management, working atmosphere, the employment package, working conditions, flexibility, independence, company´s image and job satisfaction in general.

Based on this good result, the Union awarded Betware with the title ‘Model Firm 2010’. Bergþóra H. Ólafsdóttir, Human Resource Manager accepted the awards on behalf of Betware.
