PROJECT MANAGER

Betware is seeking a result oriented Project Manager to lead a development team in software developing projects using Agile Methodology.
Responsibilities
Managing the projects budget, time and scope
Assessment of and communicating project status
Coach team members at their jobs
Ensure consistent processes across projects
Provides day-to-day oversight
Facilitation of team meetings
Continuous evaluation of project performance
Prioritization of efforts and resolution of issues
Education and Qualifications
Project Management experience
BSc degree in Computer Science or equal education
Positive attitude toward customer service
Excellent leadership, management and teamwork skills
Show initiative, be flexible and adapt well to change
Beneficial knowledge and Experience
Higher education relevant to the position as MPM or equal
Experience of leading Agile teams
